Decide before the survey which rooms new furniture will fill and when it arrives. New sofas and beds bought for the bigger home should be delivered after our crew has finished, not during, or the driveway turns into a queue of trucks. If the townhouse needs painting or small works before you settle in, it is often easier to move into a home that is already finished.
