Shops and Showrooms
Display units, glass shelves, mannequins and stock packed by category. Mall units also work to the mall's hours for deliveries and fit outs, which often means a night move.
Best for retail units, galleries and showrooms
Commercial movers in Dubai for premises that sell, treat or store: shops, showrooms, clinics, salons, studios and small warehouses. We work around your trading hours, count stock out and back in, and line up the suppliers who disconnect your machines, so one site closes and the next opens with the shortest gap.

An office can usually work from laptops for a day. A shop, a clinic or a salon cannot. The premises itself earns the money, customers notice when the shutters stay down, and the contents include stock, fixtures and equipment that an office move never touches. That is the work commercial movers in Dubai are there for, and it starts with your trading calendar rather than the truck.
At the survey we walk both sites with the person who runs the floor, not only the person who signed the lease. They know which display unit is screwed to the wall, which machine belongs to a supplier and which lines sell out at the weekend. Those details decide the order of the move more than the volume does.
Each commercial move we quote comes with a written plan: when the move runs, how stock is counted, which suppliers come and when, and what the old unit must look like when the keys go back. Office and furniture moves come under the same removal company work in Dubai.
The crew and the trucks are much the same. What changes is the planning, and the people outside your business who have to be involved.

Best for retail units, galleries and showrooms

Treatment and styling chairs, plumbed basins, sterilising and beauty equipment. Some of it must be disconnected by its supplier, and approvals for the new address can set the date.
Best for clinics, dental and beauty practices, salons

Pallet racking, palletised stock, packing benches and a roller door to work through. Racking comes down bay by bay and goes back up before any stock returns.
Best for stores, online sellers and trade counters

Cameras, lights, sound kit and screens in their own cases, plus workbenches and tools. Owners often pack the delicate kit; we move it and the heavy furniture around it.
Best for production, design and photo studios
Most commercial moves follow one of two patterns. The survey shows which one your premises allows.
Close at night, open in the morning
A few days, announced in advance
Mall units often add a third limit: the mall decides when goods may come in, so the plan starts from its delivery window rather than your closing time.

Stock is money on shelves, so it is counted at both ends. Before packing, your team counts each category or exports the figures from your point of sale system. We pack shelf by shelf into numbered cartons, and each label shows the category, the bay it came from and how many units are inside.
At the new site, cartons go to the bay they belong to rather than into a pile by the door, and your staff count them as they open them. When a number does not match, the carton number shows where to look, instead of a search through the whole delivery.
High value lines such as phones, watches, perfume or medicines are better moved by your own staff, sealed and signed for. Where the new unit needs more time, stock can wait in storage between the two sites and come back in the order you want to restock.

Shop shelving comes down bay by bay. Shelves, brackets, kick plates and end caps are bundled and numbered per bay, so the layout at the new shop can be rebuilt in the same order, or in a new one if you send us the plan.
Pallet racking is taken down from the top, beams first, and each upright frame is checked for damage before it goes back up. Beam heights are noted so the rebuilt run matches your pallets. If your landlord or insurer wants racking inspected after a move, book the inspection for after the rebuild and before the first pallet goes on.
Display cabinets with built in lighting need an electrician to disconnect them, and units fixed to the landlord's walls may have to stay. Check the lease before the survey so we price only what is yours to take.
Plenty of commercial equipment is tied to water, gas, power or a service contract. Those connections are for the supplier or a qualified trade to undo; we move the equipment once they have.
Send us the supplier list after the survey. We schedule the crew around their visits, so machines are disconnected before we reach them and each supplier is booked at the new site for after the equipment is in place.
We walk both premises with the person who runs the floor, list fixtures, stock and equipment, and check access.
Night or closure, the stock count, supplier visits and building or mall windows, written up with the fixed price.
Stock packed by bay, fixtures taken down, equipment moved once disconnected, all in closed trucks.
Shelving and racking rebuilt level, cartons placed at the right bay, and the old unit cleared for handback.
A typical overnight changeover for a small shop or salon. Larger premises follow the same order over more days.
The order matters more than the speed. Fixtures have to be up and level at the new site before any stock goes in, and the supplier has to finish at the old site before we can lift the machine. Planning those handovers is most of the work.
Paperwork for the new premises sits with you: the lease registered through Ejari, any change of address on your trade licence, and whatever approvals your sector needs. We fit the move to those dates. For what buildings usually ask of the mover, see our notes on Dubai move permits.
Dates, hours, the order of work, supplier visits and building windows in one document, signed off before any crew is booked.
Cartons, labels and wrap supplied, with each carton marked by category, bay and count.
Shelving, racking, counters and display units dismantled, moved and rebuilt level at the new site.
Chairs, machines and appliances padded, strapped and placed where your floor plan shows, ready for the supplier.
Delivery windows, service corridors, loading bay times and lift slots arranged with both sites.
Packing waste, empty cartons and anything you mark for disposal taken away, so the handback is not held up.
These jobs sit with you. Getting them done early is what keeps the closure short.
A commercial quote is built from what is inside the premises, not its floor area. A small salon with several plumbed basins can take longer than a bigger shop with freestanding shelving. After surveying both sites we write up one fixed figure, with stock, fixtures, equipment, timing and clearance shown as separate lines.
How many cartons the stock fills, and whether your staff or our crew packs the shelves.
Shelving runs, racking bays and display units to take down and rebuild, counted at the survey.
Heavy chairs, machines and appliances that need extra hands, padding or a set order on the truck.
Night work, mall delivery windows and short loading bay slots shape the crew and the number of nights.
Service corridors, goods lifts, roller doors and the distance from the truck to the unit.
Stock kept in storage between the two sites, and old fittings cleared from the unit you are leaving.

The price follows the premises: how much stock there is, the fixtures and racking to take down, the equipment, the hours the building or mall allows and the access at each site. We survey both sites and send one written figure that lists each part. Ring 058 135 7375 to set up the survey, or send the quote form.
A commercial mover moves businesses rather than homes: shops, showrooms, clinics, salons, studios and warehouses as well as offices. The difference is in the planning. Stock has to be counted, fixtures taken down and rebuilt, suppliers booked to disconnect machines, and the whole move fitted around trading hours and building rules.
Even a small unit ties up a truck and a crew for a slot, often at night, so the cost has a floor. Beyond that, a small shop pays for a small job. The best way to keep it down is to have stock counted and back stock packed before the crew arrives, and suppliers booked so nobody waits.
A small shop or salon with freestanding fixtures can typically move overnight. Showrooms and units with racking or plumbed equipment usually need a short closure of a few days. The survey gives a realistic estimate, and supplier visits and building windows often set the pace more than the packing does.
Yes, where both sites allow it. Night and weekend moves are the usual way shops and salons avoid losing trading days. Malls and towers set their own hours for deliveries and moves, so we confirm the windows at both sites first and build the crew plan around them.
Yes. One glass cabinet going to a second branch, a treatment chair for a new room or a machine coming back from repair are all small jobs we quote. Send photos, the size and weight if you know them, and both addresses. If the item is connected to water, gas or power, the supplier disconnects it first.
Your supplier or a qualified plumber, electrician or engineer, never the moving crew. We give you the dates early so you can book them, then time our arrival for after they have finished. At the new site they reconnect once we have placed the equipment where your floor plan shows.
Yes. If the new unit is still being fitted out, stock and fixtures can go into storage in numbered cartons and come back in the order you want to restock. Tell us at the survey so the storage and the second delivery appear on the same written quote.
Yes. We take racking down from the top, bundle beams and uprights by bay, check frames for damage and rebuild at the beam heights you use. If your landlord or insurer requires an inspection after rebuilding, arrange it before any stock goes back on the racks.
Usually their move or delivery rules, the hours goods can come in, which service corridor and loading bay to use, and the documents they want from you and the mover. Rules differ from site to site, so we ask both and list what they need from your side. Your lease also sets the condition the old unit goes back in.
Tell us what is moving and where. We survey for free, then send one fixed price with every line explained.
