Seeing Your Home Before We Name a Price

We do not give a final price for a home we have not seen. Before quoting, the supervisor who will run your move visits in person or walks through the home with you on a short video call. They count the large pieces, open the wardrobes, look at the glass and artwork, and check access at both ends: the parking, the loading bay, the lift size and the distance from the lift to your door.

The quote that follows is one fixed figure, with the crew, the vehicle, the packing materials and any building charges listed line by line. If you add a room of furniture later, we revise it in writing before the day. If nothing changes, the figure does not change either. A price you can compare properly is the first thing a customer should get from any mover, and it is the first thing you get from us.

Permits, Lift Slots and Deposits at Both Buildings

Every tower and gated community in Dubai runs moves its own way. Some want a move permit requested in advance, some allow moves only in set hours, and many hold a refundable deposit until they have checked the corridors and lifts afterwards. A villa community such as Mudon or The Springs will not work like a tower in Dubai Creek Harbour, and the two buildings in one move rarely follow the same rules.

We confirm the building side with both management offices before we book the crew, and we check every answer against your moving date. If one building can only offer a morning slot, the whole plan is built around that slot, including the packing days before it. Ejari and your DEWA account remain your paperwork, as they are tied to the tenancy, but the lifts, permits and loading bays are ours to organise.

Packing Standards Every Crew Works To

Packing happens inside your home, at the table or on the floor where things already are, not in the corridor while a lift waits. Glasses and plates are wrapped one by one and packed upright in double walled cartons. Televisions and monitors go into fitted boxes or are wrapped in foam and corrugated board. Paintings and mirrors get corner protectors and a rigid face. Every box is labelled with the room it is going to, so the crew at the other end does not need to ask.

Furniture is wrapped in blankets and stretch film before it leaves the room. Beds, wardrobes and dining tables are taken apart, with fixings bagged, labelled and kept with the piece they belong to, then rebuilt in the rooms you choose. The truck is enclosed, which matters in a city where dust and strong summer sun are hard on fabric and wood. When the last piece is in place, the empty cartons and wrapping leave with us.

Four Kinds of Move Across Every Dubai Community

We cover every community in Dubai, and the plan changes with the address. A tower move in Jumeirah Lake Towers or Business Bay is mostly about lift slots and loading bays. A villa in Arabian Ranches, The Springs or Mudon means longer carries, garden furniture and a community move permit. Apartment blocks in Karama, Al Nahda or Al Barsha can have tighter parking and smaller lifts than newer towers. A move out to Dubai South adds driving time that we build into the day rather than discover on it.
