This policy explains what personal information Best Mover Dubai collects through bestmoverdubai.ae, why we collect it, who can see it and how long we keep it. It also sets out the choices you have and how to reach us about them.

What the Quote Form Collects

When you send a quote request, the form collects the details you type in, plus a small amount of technical information that helps us block spam. If you email us directly instead, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message.

Your name and mobile number
Your email address, if you choose to give it
The type of move, where you are moving from and to, and the property size
When you would like to move, and any notes you add
The page of the website the form was sent from
Your IP address and the time of the request, used only to spot and stop spam

Why We Use It and on What Basis

We use your details to reply to your request, arrange a survey, prepare a written quote and, if you book, plan and carry out the move. We will not send you marketing messages unless you have asked for them.

We rely on your request for a quote, and on the booking itself once you make one, as the reason for using your information. We keep IP addresses and request times because we have a fair interest in keeping the form secure and free of spam. We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021, and any other rules that apply to us.

Who Can See Your Information

Your details are seen by our own team and by the crew assigned to your move, who need your name, addresses and mobile number to do the job. If a building or community asks for your details to issue a move permit, we share only what the permit needs.

We also use service providers that host this website and our email. They handle data only to provide that service to us. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We never sell personal information, and we do not pass it to other companies for their own marketing.

How Long We Keep It

If a quote request does not become a booking, we delete it after 12 months, or sooner if you ask us to. If you book a move, we keep the booking details for as long as we need them to complete the job, handle any follow up and meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Cookies and Analytics

The website may use analytics, such as Google Analytics, set up to collect as little as possible. It tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found the site. We look at these figures in total and do not use them to identify you.

Apart from analytics, the site uses only the essential storage it needs to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Your Rights Over Your Information

Keeping Your Information Secure

No way of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect protection, but we take reasonable steps to look after what you send us and act quickly if something goes wrong.

Children

This website and our services are meant for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.
