Showroom Pickups
The store delivers only to the kerb, or not at all. We collect from the showroom or its warehouse, check for marks with the staff and carry it up to your floor.
Best for new pieces the shop will not bring up
Furniture movers in Dubai for the jobs a full moving crew is too big for: one sofa, a dining set from a resale listing, a wardrobe crossing town. We measure the route, wrap each piece for what it is made of, and rebuild it in the room where it belongs.

Not every move is a whole home. Much of what furniture movers in Dubai are asked to do is one sofa, one bed or a dining set, bought from a shop that delivers only to the lobby or from a seller who expects you to bring help. Those jobs still need the right truck, proper wrapping and people who can turn a heavy piece on a staircase.
We treat a single piece like a full move, only smaller. The route is measured before the day, the piece is checked and photographed at collection, it travels blanketed and strapped, and it is carried into the room you want rather than left at the door or the gate.
Small loads work the same way: a bookcase and a few boxes for a new flatmate, a desk and chair for a home office, or a spare room of furniture going to family in another community. Furniture moving sits within our removal company services, next to office and commercial moves.
Each needs a slightly different plan, so mention which one you have when you send the details.

Best for new pieces the shop will not bring up

A table from a resale listing or a sofa a neighbour is selling. We agree a time with the seller, photograph the condition at pickup and bring it straight to your door.
Best for second hand furniture bought online

A wardrobe for a relative, a desk for a new room or the pieces a flatmate is taking. One trip, two addresses.
Best for part loads between two homes

Marble dining tables, glass cabinets, antiques and large mirrors. These get extra hands, edge protection and a crate where the piece needs one.
Best for pieces you cannot replace
One blanket and a roll of film will not suit every piece. What a piece is made of decides how it is wrapped, and in a Dubai summer the wrong wrap can do as much harm as a knock.
Blankets against the wood, film only over the blankets, corners padded twice.
Why: Film pressed onto a lacquered top in a hot truck can leave a mark.
Lifted off the frame, corner guards fitted, carried and strapped on edge.
Why: Glass laid flat under other items cracks from the weight above it.
Top lifted off the base, carried upright, strapped to the truck side.
Why: Stone carried flat can snap along a natural vein under its own weight.
Clean covers or bags go on first, blankets over the top.
Why: Dust and dye from a working blanket show on pale fabric.
Breathable cover, no film on the hide, shaded while loading.
Why: Leather heats quickly in direct sun and film makes it sweat.
Tape across the glass, corner guards, padded, then boxed or crated.
Why: If the glass does break, the tape holds the pieces in place.
Sand brushed off, cushions bagged separately, frames padded where they touch.
Why: Sand trapped under a blanket scratches like sandpaper.
Bagged per piece, labelled and taped inside a drawer or to the frame.
Why: One missing bolt can stop a wardrobe going back together that day.

Most furniture moves that go wrong go wrong in a doorway. Before we quote, we ask for the width, depth and height of the piece, plus the tightest point on its route: the front door, a corridor corner, the lift car or the turn on a villa staircase. A photo with a tape measure in it is ideal.
Lift cars catch people out. A sofa that clears the lift door may still be too long for the car unless it can stand on end, and that depends on the height inside. In many towers the passenger lift is off limits for furniture anyway, so the service lift is the one to measure.
Stairs are about the turn, not the width. A long sofa can clear a straight flight and then stick on a landing with a low ceiling. If a piece will not pass whole, legs, back cushions or doors come off. If it cannot pass at all, you hear it from us before the day.

We take apart only what the route or the truck demands. Beds, wardrobes, extending tables and corner sofas usually come apart; a solid chest of drawers usually does not. Before anything is undone the crew photographs it, and every screw, bracket and shelf pin goes in a bag labelled for that piece.
Flat pack is the exception. Board furniture loses grip at its joints each time it is taken apart, so a cheap wardrobe that has already moved twice may not survive a third time. If a piece is likely to cost more to move than to replace, we say so at the survey.
New flat pack is simpler. We build it from the box, level it and fit the wall strap that comes with tall units, where you want it and where the wall allows. If your building restricts drilling, tell us first.
Hiring a truck through an app can look cheaper for one item. This is what usually separates the two.
A crew that wraps, carries and rebuilds
Transport only, priced by the trip
For a light flat pack item going to a ground floor, a van may be all you need. For anything heavy, valuable or going up a tower, the crew is what you are paying for.
A photo of the piece, its measurements, both addresses and the floor and lift at each end.
We check the route, ask about anything unclear and send one written price with an arrival window.
Condition photographed, the piece wrapped for its material, carried down and strapped inside an enclosed truck.
Carried into the room you choose, rebuilt, levelled and unwrapped, with the packaging taken away.
Existing marks photographed and noted with you, the shop or the seller before the piece is wrapped.
Blankets, film, corner guards and covers supplied, matched to wood, glass, stone, leather or fabric.
Up the stairs or the service lift and into the room you choose, not left in the lobby or at the gate.
Legs, tops, doors and frames removed when the route or the truck requires it, fixings kept together.
Put back together on arrival, levelled on the floor, with doors and drawers adjusted to close properly.
Our blankets come back with us, and the film and cardboard leave with the crew.
A few minutes with the seller or the shop prevents most problems on collection day.
That last one matters: plenty of large wardrobes were assembled inside the room they stand in. Buildings also differ on single items. Some let a small piece through with a note to security, others want the same paperwork as a full move. See what Dubai buildings ask for on moving day.
Most of this takes minutes, and it saves crew time on the day, which keeps a small job small.
Single item moves are priced by the job, not by a meter running. A truck and a crew are reserved for a slot whether they carry one chair or a whole room, which is why even one piece has a minimum cost.
From photos and measurements we can often quote without a visit. For heavy, valuable or awkward pieces we prefer to see them first.
A marble table or a solid wardrobe needs more hands and more time than a chair or a side table.
Stairs, a long carry from the service lift, or a lift that has to be booked all change the time on site.
Beds, wardrobes and corner sofas taken apart and built again add time at both ends.
Two addresses close together cost less than a showroom pickup across the city with a stop on the way.
Glass, stone, antiques and art may need a crate or extra protection on top of blankets.
Collections tied to a shop opening time, or a seller who is running late, can add waiting time.

It depends on the size and weight of the piece, the floors and lifts at both ends, whether it has to come apart, and the distance between the two addresses. We price the whole job as one figure rather than by the hour, from photos and measurements or a short survey. Phone 058 135 7375 or send the details through the quote form.
A single piece still needs a truck, a crew and a reserved slot, so there is a level below which no job can be priced. The upside is that extra pieces on the same trip cost far less than the first. If you have a few things to move over the coming weeks, grouping them into one booking is the easiest saving.
Yes. Give us the store or seller details and a time window. We collect from the showroom, its warehouse or the seller's home, check and photograph the condition with them, then wrap the piece and deliver it to your room. For showroom pickups, have the receipt or order number ready, as stores usually ask for it.
That is why we ask for measurements first. Many sofas pass once the legs or back cushions come off, or by standing on end in the service lift, and corner sofas usually separate at the joints. If a piece cannot pass any way, we let you know before the day, and you can agree the next step with the shop or seller.
Weekdays in the middle of the month are usually easiest to book, because most Dubai leases change hands at the end of the month and crews fill up then. A small job can often be fitted around larger moves on quieter days, so tell us if your date is flexible.
Yes, as long as the buildings at both ends allow it. Some towers limit moves to certain days or hours, and gated communities may want notice at the gate, so we check before confirming. Weekend slots fill quickly near the end of the month, so book early if you need one.
A single item is typically a short job: collection, the drive and placing it can often be done within a few hours. Dismantling a wardrobe, waiting for a service lift or crossing the city adds time. You get an arrival window when we confirm the booking.
Yes, both new flat pack straight from the box and pieces we have taken apart for a move. We level each unit and fit the wall strap supplied with tall wardrobes and bookcases where the wall allows. Older board furniture that has moved several times may not hold together well, and we will say so before taking it apart.
Yes, with the right timing and wrapping. We book cooler morning slots where the building allows, keep wood in blankets rather than film against the finish, give leather a breathable cover, and move pieces straight from the door into the truck. Yes, as part of a quoted job. If the piece is in decent condition, selling it or offering it to a charity that collects may cost you nothing, which is the closest thing to free furniture removal in Dubai. If it simply has to go, we can take it away when we deliver the new piece, so you only book one trip.
