Offices, shops, showrooms and single pieces of furniture. We plan commercial removals around your trading hours and the rules of both buildings, so the move lands when it costs you least and your staff come back to desks that are set up, labelled and ready to use.
Best Mover Dubai is a removal company in Dubai for offices, shops, showrooms and studios, and for furniture too big or too valuable to trust to a van and two helpers. One job might be a twenty desk office leaving a tower in Business Bay, the next a print studio in Dubai Production City or a showroom in Al Quoz. What they share is a clock. A business pays for every hour its doors are shut or its staff cannot log in, so we start by asking when a move will hurt least and plan everything backwards from that answer.
Office removals and commercial removals are mostly planning. The lifting matters, but the day goes well because of work done a week earlier: a floor plan for the new space, a number on every crate, a goods lift slot confirmed in writing, and an IT handover agreed with whoever looks after your network. Furniture removals are smaller jobs that follow the same habit. We measure the piece, the door and the lift before the truck is booked, so nothing ends up wedged in a corridor at the other end.

Three Services Under Removal Company
Book one on its own or combine them. Each is quoted separately, so you only pay for the work you need.
Office Movers
Desks, chairs, meeting tables, filing cabinets, screens and every box in between. We plan an office move with one contact on your side, usually the office manager, and agree a floor plan for the new space before anything is packed. Each desk gets a number, each crate carries the same number, and the crew places both where the plan says. Moves can run after hours, across a weekend or floor by floor, so the business keeps working while we move it.
Furniture Movers
A wardrobe from a showroom, a dining table bought through a resale listing, or a sideboard going from one apartment to another without a scratch. Many deliveries stop at the lobby. We collect, wrap in blankets and stretch film, carry, and reassemble in the room you choose, with fixings bagged and labelled. Before booking we ask for the size of the piece and the narrowest door, lift or stair turn on the route, because those figures decide whether it travels whole or in parts.
Commercial Moving
Retail units, showrooms, clinics, salons, small warehouses and studios. These premises bring things an office does not have: shelving and racking, display units, stock that must be counted out and counted back in, and equipment that may need its supplier to disconnect it. We plan around trading hours and delivery windows, often closing one site in the evening and opening the other the next morning. Stock is packed by category and shelf, so your team can restock from the labels rather than from memory.
Moving an Office Without Losing Working Days
The cheapest hour to move an office is one when nobody is trying to work in it. For most businesses that means starting after the last person leaves on a weekday evening, or using the weekend. Staff clear their own drawers on the final afternoon and sit down at the new address on the next working morning. A small office can often move in one evening if the lift allows it. Larger floors usually need two shifts or a full weekend.
When even a weekend is too long, we phase it. The move is split by team or by floor: archives and storerooms go first, then departments that can work from home for a day, and the people who must stay reachable move last, often onto desks that were set up for them the night before. Phasing takes more crew shifts than one big push, but it keeps the business answering clients throughout. We agree the order with you in writing, and every phase has its own list of desks and crates.
Desk Numbers, Crate Labels and a Floor Plan for the New Space
A floor plan is what turns a moving crew into a setting up crew. We take your layout of the new office, or sketch one with you at the survey, and give every workstation a number. Each crate, chair, pedestal and monitor from that desk carries the same number, and the crew places it to match. Nobody stands in a corridor at nine in the morning holding a screen and asking where it goes.
Shared areas get their own codes: meeting rooms, the pantry, reception, the print corner and the storeroom. Archive boxes are labelled by shelf as well as by room, so the order on the shelves survives the trip. The week before, every member of staff gets a short note saying what to pack themselves, what to leave on the desk and what to take home.
One number per desk, marked on the floor plan
A label colour for each department or floor
Separate codes for meeting rooms, pantry and storage
Archive boxes labelled by shelf, not only by room
A short packing note for every member of staff
Computers and Servers, Planned With Your IT People
We move IT equipment. We do not run your network. The split works best when it is agreed early. Your IT team or provider backs up data, shuts machines down, unplugs and labels the cables, and decides what travels in their own car. Our crew then wraps screens and towers in padded covers, bags keyboards and cables under the desk number, and moves the lot in an enclosed truck.
Servers, network cabinets and anything rack mounted get extra time. They are heavy for their size and do not like being tilted or knocked. We agree with your IT people whether the kit comes out of the rack or travels inside it, then pad and strap it so it cannot shift on the road. At the new office, equipment is placed by desk number and left ready for your team to reconnect and test. If a printer or copier is leased, read the contract first, as some suppliers want to move their own machines.
What Commercial Towers Ask of a Removal Company in Dubai
Office towers in Business Bay and Jumeirah Lake Towers run their goods lifts and loading bays to a timetable. Many keep removals to evenings or weekends so tenants are not sharing a lift with forty crates during office hours, and most want the slot booked in advance. Both ends matter. A perfect slot at the old tower is no use if the new one cannot take the truck until the following morning.
Building management usually wants paperwork from the tenant and from the mover before it confirms a slot. The list differs from tower to tower and changes over time, so we never guess it. We ask both buildings what they need, send whatever documents the building asks for from our side, and tell you what has to come from your company. Our guide to move permits and building approvals explains how the process usually runs.
If the new office is on a fresh lease, the tenancy contract is registered through Ejari. Sort that out early, along with access cards and parking for the new floor, because a booked goods lift is not much help if the crew is stuck at the lobby or the loading bay barrier.

Shops, Showrooms and the Furniture You Are Not Taking
Retail and showroom moves run to a different clock. A shop in a mall works within delivery windows set by the mall, and a warehouse in Dubai South may share its loading area with several other units. We wrap display pieces where they stand and take shelving and racking apart with the fixings bagged for each bay. The aim is to close one site and trade from the next with as short a gap as the buildings allow.
Most office moves also leave something behind: desks that do not suit the new layout, broken chairs, cupboards nobody wants. Decide early what happens to them. Some can be sold or given to staff, some can go into storage while a fit out finishes, and the rest has to leave before the old unit is handed back. Tell us at the survey and we will price taking it away as a separate line, so it never becomes a last minute scramble.

Pricing
What Changes the Price of an Office or Commercial Removal
We do not publish a rate card, because two jobs that sound the same rarely are. Your quote comes after a free survey and lists each part of the job as its own line. The six factors below are what make one quote higher or lower than another.
It depends on the number of workstations, how much IT equipment and archive there is, the access at both buildings and whether the move runs out of hours or in phases. We survey the office, then send one fixed written quote with crew, vehicles, materials and building charges listed line by line. That price does not change on the day unless the job itself changes.
Can You Move Our Office Over a Weekend?
Yes, as long as both buildings allow removals at that time. Towers set their own removal hours, so we confirm the goods lift slots first and only then book the crew. If one weekend is not enough for the whole floor, we phase the move so the teams that cannot stop are working again on the first morning.
Do You Disconnect and Set Up Computers?
We pack, move and place computers, screens, printers and servers by desk number, but backups, disconnection and reconnection stay with your IT team or provider. That keeps responsibility for your network and data where it belongs. We agree the timing with them in advance, so cables are labelled before we arrive and someone is ready to test everything once the equipment is in place.
What Documents Will Our Building Ask For?
It varies from tower to tower. Building management may want a request from your company, details of the removal company, the move date and the lift slot you would like. Some ask for more than that. We contact both buildings early, send whatever documents they ask for from our side, and tell you what has to come from you, so nothing holds up the booking.
Can You Move Just One Piece of Furniture?
Yes. Single items are a normal job for us: a sofa from a showroom, a table bought second hand, a heavy cabinet going between two apartments. Send the measurements and a photo, plus the narrowest door or lift on the route, and we will tell you whether it moves whole or in parts. For a full apartment or villa, our home moving service is the better fit.
What Happens to the Office Furniture We No Longer Need?
Plan it before the move rather than on the last day of the lease. Usable pieces can be sold, offered to staff or donated, some may be worth keeping in storage, and the rest can leave with our crew. We list disposal as a separate line on the quote, so you know the cost before the day and the old unit can be handed back empty.
