One Evening
Staff finish at the usual time and the crew arrives as the floor empties. It suits smaller offices on one level when both goods lifts are free after hours.
Best for a few teams on one floor
Office movers in Dubai who work while your staff are away. We pack on the last afternoon, move through the evening or across the weekend, and set every desk, chair and crate down by number, so your team starts the first morning at the new address instead of searching for boxes.

Plenty of office movers in Dubai price the truck and the crew, then start thinking on the night itself. We start with the morning after. Which team has to be working by nine, which phone line clients call first, which meeting room hosts the first visitor. The move is planned backwards from those answers, so the evening is spent following a plan rather than making one.
On your side there is usually one person running it: an office manager, a facilities lead, or a founder fitting it around everything else. Our supervisor works with that person from the first walk round and keeps one written list of decisions: what moves, what stays, what is sold and what your IT people handle themselves.
A studio of six desks in Al Quoz and a full floor in Business Bay go through the same stages. Only the number of evenings, the size of the goods lift and the paperwork change.
The right slot depends on how long the business can be offline and what both buildings allow. We recommend one at the survey.

Best for a few teams on one floor

Everything moves on the first day off, and the second day is kept for setting up and correcting anything placed wrongly.
Best for whole floors and busy front offices

Archives and storerooms first, then one department per evening. Each phase gets its own label colour, so two teams never share a truck.
Best for businesses that cannot close at all

Moving inside the same tower skips the truck but still needs a goods lift booking, labels and a plan.
Best for more space in your own building
Most of an office move happens before the crew arrives. This is the usual order, and who looks after each part.
There is no fixed lead time, but towers rarely confirm a goods lift slot straight away, and end of month nights are booked early, since most leases finish then. If the new space is being fitted out, we plan for after the contractor's finish date and agree a fallback night too.

Every label carries the desk number, a colour for the floor or department, and the room it goes to. Labels go on the short ends of a crate, not just the lid, because crates travel stacked on dollies and only the ends stay visible.
The same numbers go up at the new office before the first crate arrives: on the floor where each desk will stand, on meeting room doors and beside the pantry. A large copy of the plan is taped up by the goods lift on every floor we deliver to. That lets someone who has never seen the building put a crate in the right place without asking.
Some crates need a second mark. "Open first" goes on the reception kit, the first aid box and the kettle; "IT only" on anything your IT team unpacks. A separate colour marks furniture that is not coming, so it never reaches the truck by mistake.
The smoothest office moves draw one clear line between the people who carry the equipment and the people who switch it back on.
An office holds a mix of heavy, fragile and awkward things. Each is handled its own way, and every method has a reason behind it.
Padded sleeve, carried upright in a screen crate, never stacked flat.
Why: Panels crack from pressure on the face, not from being carried.
Taken apart by bench, with legs, beams and privacy screens bagged per desk.
Why: Long benches rarely fit a goods lift in one piece.
Pedestals locked and moved full; tall cabinets emptied, keys bagged and labelled.
Why: A full tall cabinet tips on a dolly and its drawers slide open.
Corner guards and padded wrap, carried and strapped on edge.
Why: Toughened glass shatters completely if an edge takes a knock.
Weight checked against the lift limit, rolled over floor boards.
Why: A small safe puts a lot of weight on a small patch of floor.
Filled to a weight one person can lift, numbered in shelf order.
Why: Paper is heavier than it looks, and overfilled boxes split.
Fridge emptied and defrosted, coffee machine drained the day before.
Why: Water left inside leaks onto whatever is packed below it.
Moved last and upright, pots wrapped, leaves tied loosely.
Why: A closed truck in summer cooks them quickly.
We count desks, archives and IT, measure lift cars and doors, and check each loading bay.
Timing, desk numbers, label colours, the IT split and building slots, sent with the fixed price.
Shared areas packed, staff crates collected, everything moved in enclosed trucks and set down by number.
Our supervisor walks the floor with you, moves what landed in the wrong place and books the crate collection.
Measure the goods lift car, not just its door. A boardroom table top or a tall cupboard is limited by the depth and height inside the car, so we note both at each building and decide at the survey which pieces must come apart.
Loading bays are often shared with deliveries, waste collection and other tenants, and a basement bay can be too low for a large truck. Then we plan smaller trucks and more trips, or street level access if the building permits it.
Most towers want the move request to come from the tenant, with the mover's details attached. We prepare our part as soon as the building asks and tell you what is needed from your company. If this is your first office move here, read how building move permits work in Dubai first.
Lidded crates and printed labels delivered before the move, and collected once everyone has unpacked.
One page for every desk on what to pack, what to leave and how to label it.
Reception, meeting rooms, the pantry and storerooms packed by the crew, so staff only handle their own desks.
Bench desks, meeting tables and storage units dismantled, fixings bagged by item, rebuilt where the plan shows.
Lift padding, corner guards and floor boards wherever the buildings ask for them.
The supervisor checks the new floor with you and moves anything that landed in the wrong place.

New offices rarely take every old desk. The layout changes, the new space comes furnished, or the old chairs were never good. Decide early, because anything still standing in the old unit when the keys go back turns into an urgent problem.
Usable pieces can be sold to a dealer, offered to staff or donated, and the buyer collects on a date we plan around. Furniture you may need later, for a second office or a bigger team, can go into our moving and storage service until there is room for it.
Whatever is left goes on a separate disposal trip, never mixed into the main load, and is priced as its own line. Office moves are one part of our removal company services in Dubai, alongside shops and single pieces of furniture.
Staff clear their own drawers before the move. A clear note keeps it short and keeps personal things out of the archive.
Two offices with the same headcount rarely cost the same to move. One sits beside the goods lift with a small archive; the other has a server room, a loading bay at the far end of the car park and a wall of filing. The written quote follows the survey and lists each part separately.
Workstations set the crew and truck space, but archives often add more than people expect, so we measure the shelving too.
A short goods lift window can mean a second night, or extra hands to finish within the slot.
Bench desks, meeting tables and storage walls take time to take apart and to rebuild level.
Server cabinets, large printers and meeting room screens need extra hands, padding and time.
A long walk from the bay to the lift, or a lift change halfway up, adds minutes to every trip.
Clearing old furniture, or keeping some of it in storage, is quoted separately so you can weigh it against selling.

A flat rate would not be fair to you, since the job depends on the number of desks, the archive, the IT equipment, the hours both buildings allow and how far the crew walks from the loading bay. We survey both offices and send one fixed written price listing crew, trucks, materials and building requirements. To book the survey, ring 058 135 7375 or send us the quote form.
We quote the real job rather than a rate card, so a small office pays for a small job. There is still a floor to the cost, because a truck, a crew and a lift slot are reserved however few desks there are. Moving a very small office in one evening, with your IT person on hand, usually costs less than splitting it.
A small office on one floor typically moves in a single evening if both goods lifts are free. A full floor usually needs a weekend, and larger companies are often phased over several evenings. The survey turns that into a plan for your own floor, and the building slots decide the rest, so we confirm those before committing to a date.
Yes. Night and weekend work is normal for office moves, because that is when the floor is empty and the goods lifts are quiet. The limit is usually the building rather than the crew: towers set the hours they allow removals, so we book those slots first and plan the crew around them.
Yes. A handful of desks going to a second office, a boardroom table for a new meeting room or chairs for new starters are all small jobs we take on. Send photos, measurements and both addresses, plus the goods lift details if you have them, and we can usually quote from those.
Yes, once your IT provider has decided how it travels. They shut it down, back it up and either take the servers out or confirm it can move loaded. We pad the cabinet, keep it level over ramps and lift thresholds, strap it upright in the truck and place it in the new comms room for them to reconnect.
Their own drawers, desk tops and personal things, into the crate marked with their desk number. Computers, screens and cables are left for the IT team and our crew, and shared areas such as reception, the pantry and meeting rooms are packed by us. Everyone gets a short packing note the week before, so nobody has to guess.
Yes. A move inside the same tower uses the goods lift instead of a truck, but it still needs a booked slot, labels and a floor plan. It is often quicker than moving across the city, although a busy lift can make it slower than people expect, so we check the lift hours before planning the night.
Desks, chairs, screens and crates are already in place by number. Our supervisor walks the floor with you or your office manager, moves anything placed wrongly and notes any snags. Your IT team reconnects and tests. Empty crates are collected once staff have unpacked, on a day that suits you.
