Older Villas
Years of family life collect in built-in wardrobes and deep cupboards, so we open every one at the survey. A well filled villa gets a full crew, packing ahead of the main day where it helps, and beds rebuilt before we leave.
Villas in The Springs tend to hold far more than their size suggests. We pack the bedrooms, clear the garden, sort the move permit with community management and let the gate know we are coming. Then the crew moves everything and rebuilds the furniture, for the fixed price agreed in writing after a free survey.

Plenty of families stay in The Springs for years. The villas are older, the lakes and footpaths are part of daily life, and a home rented or bought for a short stay often ends up holding years of school projects, garden furniture and kitchen gadgets. As movers and packers in The Springs, Best Mover Dubai plans for that volume from the first visit. We walk every room and the garden, open the wardrobes, note what has to come apart, then put a fixed price in writing before anything is booked.
Many moves here start and finish close together. People trade a smaller villa for a bigger one a few streets away, cross to The Meadows or Emirates Hills nearby, or arrive from a tower flat in Jumeirah Lake Towers wanting a garden. Each version has the same two pinch points. The first is the community gate, which checks the move permit against the truck. The second is the quiet residential streets and closes, where a large truck has to be placed with care so it does not trap a neighbour's car.
Every service we offer across Dubai, planned around the way homes and buildings work in The Springs.

We move whole villas into, out of and around The Springs, including the short hops between clusters that people tend to underestimate. Beds and freestanding wardrobes are taken apart and rebuilt, the dining table travels wrapped and flat, and the garden is emptied in a planned order. A short drive does not shrink the job: a family villa still needs a full crew.

Leases here do not always line up. If the new villa is being repainted, or the landlord needs a few more weeks, we pack the house, label every carton by room and number, and hold it all in racked storage until the keys are ready. Garden furniture and bikes go in too, wrapped so they cannot scuff what is stored beside them.

Plenty of people here work from a spare bedroom. We move desks, shelving, filing cabinets and big monitors, either with the rest of the house or as a job of their own. Single large pieces, like a solid wood dining table or a sectional sofa bought for the old villa, can be moved on their own with the same wrapping and care.

Selling half the furniture before you go, or loading a container yourself? We send a labour only crew to load or unload, move single heavy items between villas, and carry upright and grand pianos out through the front door and down the steps on padded dollies, with a skid board for grands. You get a written price before we start.
Removal Service in DubaiThe most underestimated job in this community is a move of a few streets: to a bigger villa, a house on the water or a home closer to school. Because the drive is short, people expect a short day. The drive is short. The packing, dismantling, carrying and rebuilding are exactly the same as for a move across the city, and in a full villa they take most of the day.
What a short distance does change is the plan. Instead of filling one big truck and driving off, we can shuttle: furniture on the first run, cartons on the next, with part of the crew rebuilding beds at the new villa while the rest keep loading. The community will usually want a permit for the move out and another for the move in, even when both homes are in the same cluster, and the gate needs to expect the truck more than once.
Keys are the other catch. If you hand back the old villa on the same day you collect the new one, a delay at either end holds up the whole move. Where your dates allow it, take the new keys a day or two early. That gives you an evening to clean, check the air conditioning and decide where the beds go before the crew turns up.
The Springs is part of Emirates Living, and most homes here are older villas and townhouses set along lakes and footpaths behind a gated entrance.
Years of family life collect in built-in wardrobes and deep cupboards, so we open every one at the survey. A well filled villa gets a full crew, packing ahead of the main day where it helps, and beds rebuilt before we leave.
Often the first home a family outgrows here, and the next step is frequently a larger villa a few streets away. We run that as shuttle loads, with part of the crew rebuilding furniture at the new house while the rest keep loading.
No vehicle access at the rear means the whole garden comes out through the house. We lay protection from the patio door to the front entrance and carry outdoor furniture along the widest route, not past the foot of the stairs.
Short hops to The Meadows or Emirates Hills are common. Both ends still need their own permit and gate clearance, so we line up the paperwork for each side before the truck sets off and give security the vehicle details.

Older villas tend to have built-in wardrobes and a few deep cupboards, and families fill them steadily. On the survey we open them, because a full wall of wardrobes can hold as many cartons as a small bedroom. The garden is the other surprise. Planters, a trampoline, a playhouse, outdoor sofas, a barbecue and a metal shed each need a decision: move it, sell it or, if the landlord agrees, leave it for the next tenant.
Sort before we pack, not on the day. Anything you are getting rid of should be gone or clearly marked before the crew arrives, so we are not wrapping things you never want to see again. Our week by week moving checklist sets out the order, and these garden items need a plan of their own:

The lakes are why many people chose The Springs, and they are also why some gardens are hard to reach. A villa that backs onto the water or a footpath has no vehicle access at the rear, so everything in the garden comes out through the house. We lay floor protection along that route and take sofas and outdoor tables out through the widest door rather than squeezing them past the stairs.
At the front, the streets are residential and many end in a close. A large truck can block a neighbour's driveway or struggle to turn, so the survey includes a look at where it will stand. Sometimes a smaller vehicle making two trips is the better choice, and we will say so in the quote. A word with the neighbours the evening before helps too, and it costs nothing.
Use the quote form or email us. Say what you are moving, where from, where to and roughly when.
We look at the home in person or on a short video call, count the big pieces and check access at both buildings.
You receive one price in writing with every line explained. Book the date that suits you and we confirm the crew.
The crew packs, loads, drives, unloads and rebuilds the furniture. Empty cartons and wrapping leave with us.
Gated access is the thing that catches people out. Community management issues the move permit, and security at the entrance checks it against the truck that arrives. If the approval has not come through, or the vehicle details do not match, the truck waits at the gate while the crew sits in the cab and your morning runs away.
So the permit comes first, before anything else is booked. Once your date is fixed we tell you which documents the community is likely to ask for, often the tenancy contract or title deed and your ID, and we supply the truck and crew details for the application. Some communities also ask for a refundable deposit. Our guide to move in and move out permits has the full picture, or call 058 135 7375 and we will talk it through.
Gated access and older, well filled villas shape most moves here. These steps keep the gate open for the truck and the packing on schedule.
Price in The Springs follows the volume, not the villa type. Two homes with the same layout on the same street can hold very different amounts once the built-in wardrobes, the shed and the garden are counted. Rear gardens that can only be emptied through the house, the packing you hand over and any storage gap between leases all change the work as well.
So we keep no rate card. A free survey comes first, with every wardrobe opened and the street outside checked for the truck. Only then do we write down one fixed price. A move of a few streets is priced on the same basis as a longer one, because the packing, carrying and rebuilding are the same job and only the drive is shorter.
Built-in storage in older villas holds more than it looks. We open each wardrobe and cupboard at the survey rather than guessing from the bedroom count.
Sheds, playhouses, trampolines and outdoor sofas each need dismantling or wrapping. A busy garden adds crew time and takes a good share of the truck.
Where a garden backs onto the water or a footpath, everything outside is carried through the house, which adds floor protection and time to the plan.
Some closes are too tight for a large truck to turn in. A smaller vehicle making two trips is sometimes the better plan, and it is priced in from the start.
When the old lease ends before the new villa is ready, we keep the household in racked storage and bring it over once you have the keys, all on one quote.
Full packing, fragile items only or none. Beds, freestanding wardrobes and play equipment that we take apart and rebuild also count towards the crew time.

Usually, yes. Moving between two villas in the same community still counts as a move out of one home and a move in to another, and community management tends to want paperwork for both. Apply as soon as your date is fixed, because the gate checks the permit against the truck. If you are not sure what your villa needs, we will tell you at the survey.
It depends on the size of the villa, how full it is, the garden and whether we are packing. A townhouse that is already boxed up and moving a few streets is usually a one day job. A larger villa with full wardrobes and a busy garden is often packed the day before and moved the next. The survey gives you a realistic plan, written into the quote.
Yes. Outdoor sofas, tables, loungers, swings and trampolines are taken apart where needed and wrapped so they do not mark the furniture beside them. Potted plants handle a short trip well if they are watered a couple of days before rather than on the morning, so the pots are lighter and do not leak. Very large planters full of soil are heavy, so mention them at the survey.
We do not publish a price list, because two villas on the same street can be very different jobs. The quote depends on the volume, how much packing you want, the garden, any piano or very heavy pieces, the carry from the door to the truck and the date. Once we have surveyed the villa, free of charge, you get one fixed price in writing, and it holds as long as what we move matches what we saw.
Yes. We pack everything, take it into racked storage and deliver it when the painters are finished, with beds and wardrobes rebuilt in the right rooms. You get an inventory on collection day, so you know exactly what went into storage. Our moving and storage service page explains how it works, or send your dates through the quote form.
Early on a weekday, ideally in the quieter middle weeks of the month, suits most villa moves here. Community moving hours set the outer limits, so check them first. An early start keeps the crew out of the strongest sun while the garden is emptied, which matters from late spring to early autumn. If the children are at school, a school day often works well, as the house is quieter and the packing goes faster.
Book as soon as the lease or sale date is firm. The permit has to be approved before security will let the truck through the gate, and a well filled villa may need packing ahead of the main move, so the dates need some room. Month ends fill first across Dubai. If you are moving between two Springs villas, allow time for both permits to come through.
Reduce what goes and keep the plan simple. Sell or donate the garden items you no longer want, or leave them for the next tenant if the landlord agrees, then clear the cupboards before the survey and box up the simpler rooms on your own. If you only need hands to load a truck or a container you have booked, a labour only crew covers the lifting and nothing more.
Tell us what is moving and where. We survey for free, then send one fixed price with every line explained.
